Every year PHEPUS brings together employees from factory and office for two days of meetings and social events leading up to the annual all company meeting and holiday party,treat their employees to a year end party to reward them for their hard workand celebrate the start of a new year.This year is no different, except that we’ve some new co-workers join the PHEPUS family in 2015.

With performances, concerts, drinks, snacks, and lucky draws, it seems like the perfect chanceto go wild with joy.

Employees was invited by their boss orcolleagues to perform in a show together, such as singing or dancing.

As often, annual parties are an invaluable opportunity to meet boss and other senior executives whom may not have met before or seldom have the opportunity to speak with.

This two days is a huge investment in time and money. But it is immensely valuable and will propel our company into 2016. The positivity from this week’s events will set the tone for months to come. We could not be more excited.
